OUTFIT: with red lips

This week I figured out that an outdoor photoshoot almost requires a planetary aligment or something like that: sunny day (checked!), available photographer (checked!), a couple of free hours in my schedule (not checked!). So I'm resorting to Plan B.

Love the color of this H&M shorts (the most casual concept of the brand: LOGG), that I've decided to match up with a blazer applied with some studs and a pair of (a too much red that I adore!) heels.

Hope you like.
Now I have to go back to work.
See ya!!

The goddess Diane

Unfortunatly, this year, I could not give to Cannes carefull consideration. And I was a little bit upset about it because I always like to be updated (!). However, yesterday I was honored to attend the Cosmopolis premiere (and I saw a handsome Robert Pattinson in Gucci!!), so I've decided to take a look at the red carpet moments. Upshot: some beautiful dresses and some awful dresses (as always!!), a wonderful Natasha Poly, but above all, a WTF stunning Diane E-V-E-R-Y-S-I-N-G-L-E-D-A-Y.

The truth is that Diane Kruger knows how to do it very, very well... with no stylist.
So keep an eye on this lady, girls, 'cause she rocks!

The flowers power

This is the year when floral prints heads up everywhere. So why not in our heads?!
I have to say I'm totally in love with this acessory that is not a wedding-naïf-thing anymore. I think floral headbands perfectly matches up with a festival or casual look, or even with an outfit to meet the Queen (look up to Lulu Kennedy!).

And if you want to do a custom headband, get to work! Just pick up some flowers (that you always can find at H&M) and a headband, and use your sewing skills (I don't have good ones but I believe can handle it)!

1, 2, 3 H&M floral clips
4.  Asos Johnny Loves Rosie Garland headband
5. Olympia Le-Tan headband available at Net-A-Porter
6, 7 Topshop headband

Erdem garden

Erdem Moralioglu unveiled there is a little bit of Queen Elizabeth in this resort collection. Well, happily he did it very very smartly, so I just see beautiful (as always!) Erdem prints, stunning heels and amazing dresses, shirts and trousers. Ok, I think it's the perfect modern-five-o'clock-tea-outfit.
God save the Queen!!

Inspiration 1.0

Poppy Delevingne is a London it girl. Perhaps her model career is not so well known as her sister's, Cara, but the truth is that if we are talking about style and je ne sais quai! factor, she is one of the ones that everybody talks about and want to meet. That's the reason why she is a Young Ambassador for the British Fashion Council, and a muse for Mr. Karl, Mr. Jacobs or Mr. Williamson. And one of the reasons why she always have her seat reserved at front rows!
And one of the reasons why she is an inspiration for most of us...

1. Alexander McQueen tee
2. Mango ankle boots
3. Mango shirt
4. Topshop shorts
5. Mango biker jacket

Have a nice weekend!! own is ending today:(

Should I?

Not sure about how much wearable this really is, but I definetly love this almost-surf-suit piece.
Unfortunately, I can only imagine one-piece in a stunning photoshoot with a supermodel, with a super beach scene, with a super sunny day.
Not on me.
But I continue loving one-piece swimwear!

OUTFIT: Summer... please, don't go

People have told me that tomorrow will rain. Damn it 'cause I still missing an entire day at the beach since last year and I didn't even started my fitness program. Till this morning... in summary, my day was kinda of a sporty one. I woke up and ride my renewed bike for a little bit (I promised myself I will do it every day, but I'm not sure about it!!). After lunch, I did a NOT soccer match... but I was in the field, at least for a while: the guard told me I wasn't allowed to be on field with that shoes... what a mean man!

H&M trend jumper and shoes
H&M neon bracelets and necklaces
From everywhere (almost vintage!!) another bracelets
H&M ex-boyfriend jeans (turned into boyfriend shorts)

Bossa Nova

This is not the first time I post Erickson Beamon jewelry. It always brings some spring feeling...
But this one is more than that: the Bossa Nova necklace leads me till Tom Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes and this beautiful, amazing song.

I' m totally a tie-dye addict!

The Alexa Factor

I've been keeping an eye on Alexa Chung since some time ago... I mean since I saw her at LFW (you can revew it here) last February. The truth is that I knew Alexa as Mulberry bag,  Alexa as Christopher Kane dress, Alexa as Vogue or Harper's Baazar cover girl but I just believed she was one more nice and stylish girl. Not now! Since I was at the same place as her, I totally changed my mind.

This cool Tv presenter and model really shines, she has the X factor!
I'm pretty sure she is one of the girls that lights up a room when arrives...
Alexa has a very personal sense of style, like no one else, something that we just can found in London girls (Kate, Florence, Poppy, and so on...). I'm not sure about it, but I guess London's dark side is the key for that. Is this dark side that brings inspiration to so many designers and artists. And keep me feeling lack everytime I packed to come back... ok, now I'm rambling...

Anyway, what I mean is that she really is an It girl, and she actually does it very well: isn't it an It girl job function to inspire everyone? So she is he employee of the last 3 years, at least. Congratulations!!

Shocking pink by Schiaparelli

It's MET time, girls!!
At this moment, it is make up and hair time, actually.
Karlie Kloss will appear in a Jason Wu gown, Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn in Burberry, for sure. Caroline Trentini will brighten the red carpet with an Olivier Theyskens dress. I have good sources, hein?!
Everyone is getting ready for the MET gala, where Miuccia and Elsa will be honored.
On this side of Atlantic ocean, here, at Scarlett, it's pink day. This is my way to remembering shocking pink, the Elsa Schiaparelli pink.

So this is the gown (STUNNING, by Alexander Mcqueen!!) that I would dress if I was there...
And the shoes...
And the clutch...
In fact, I'm not sure about this choices (too pink, isn't it?).

Let's tie and dye!

I don't think tie-dye is a hippie thing anymore... neither a festival thing, I'm sure. This season, tie-dye became like a super-trend, so it is also cool to wear tie-dye tees or dresses to go work or to go out!!
Anyway, I've to say that after hours searching for the best low price itens, I found out such a beautiful dress at Mango... as well some more pieces!
1, 5, 6, Topshop
2, 3, 7 Mango
4 Sandro

I'm sharing one of my favourites prints since ever. It's leopard print and I love it. So I really would like to have this amazing Animalier Bicycle, by Dolce & Gabbana. So, this is one more good reason to start riding a bicycle and get stunning legs with so much style...
Thinking how fun it would be: go work riding a bicycle with a Miss Sicily on the basket?
1. Alexander Mcqueen silk-chiffon cape
2. Dolce & Gabbana Miss Sicily bag
3. Jimmy Choo sandals
4. Sonia Rykiel swimsuit
5. Tibi blazer
